(CAN) ENGINE VIBRATION AND HESITATION WAS NOTED WITH POWER CHANGES. THE DIAPHRAGM IN THE LT CARBURETOR WAS FOUND TO HAVE SWOLLEN AND TO BE OF INCREASED DIAMETER.
