What was found
(CAN) RIBBON HEATERS INSTALLED ON FORWARD CABIN LINES WERE INOPERATIVE. ON INVESTIGATION IT WAS FOUND THAT THE HEATERS WERE BURNED AND MELTED CAUSING OPEN CIRCUITS.
