What was found
(CAN) TORQUE SPLIT OF 8 PERCENT REPORTED IN CRUISE. TEST FLIGHT REVEALED THAT BOTH GOVENORSWERE CAUSING THEIR RESPECTIVE N1 TO FLUCTUATE. BOTH GOVENORS WERE REPLACED ON BOTH ENGINES. A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE.
