(CAN) THE EXPOXY HOLDING THE SAFETY CLIP IN PLACE CAME UNBONDED, THEREFORE ALLOWING THE CLIP TO MOVE THUS ALLOWING THE DRIVE GEAR TO DISCONNECT FROM THE SHAFT.
