UNCOMMANDED INCREASE IN RPM, NR 1 ENG ON CLIMB OUT. FOUND PULLEY ON GOVERNOR HAD STRIPPED SPLINES. GOVERNOR SPLINES SERVICEABLE. PULLEY WAS REPLACED AND ENGINE GROUND RUN SERVICEABLE.
