What was found
(CAN) POWER COULD NOT BE REDUCED BELOW 2000 RPM IN FLIGHT. WORKED OK AFTER LANDING. ACCELERATOR PUMP TUBE WAS FOUND LAYING IN THE AIRBOX. THROTTLE CABLE AND CARBURETOR REPLACED.
