What was found
(CAN) CREW REPORTED THAT THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR REMAINED DOWN AND LOCKED AFTER RETRACTING THE LANDING GEAR. MAINTENANCE FOUND THAT THE RT MLG UPLOCK SWITCH WAS INTERMITTENT. SWITCH WAS REPLACED IAW AMM 32-61-00.
