(CAN) LANDING GEAR DID NOT RETRACT WHEN SELECTED UP, AIR TURNBACK PERFORMED, UNEVENTFUL LANDING. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LANDING GEAR SELECT PANEL FAULTED. PANEL REPLACED AND ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
