(CAN) DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION, MAIN ROTOR COULD NOT BE MANUALLY ROTATED IN THE DIRECTION OF ROTATION. UTILITY HYDRAULIC PUMP WAS FOUND TO BE SEIZED. AFTER PUMP REPLACEMENT, ROTOR TURNS NORMALLY.
