What was found
(CAN)ON ROTATION FUEL BEGAN VENTING FROM CAP. THE CAUSE WAS DETERMINED TO BE THE RETAINER STRAP LOCKING MECHANISM. THE FIX WAS TO REMOVE THE PLASTIC RETAINER AND INSTALL A BRASS CHAIN.
