(CAN)CIRCLIP AND WASHER SECURING DRIVE GEAR TO GOVERNOR SPLINED DRIVE FOUND MISSING WHEN GOVERNOR REMOVED FOR OVERHAUL. THIS ALLOWS THE DRIVE GEAR TO FLOAT BACK AND FORTH IN THE ENGINE GEARBOX DRIVE.
