(CAN) ON GEAR EXTENSION, A SNAP SOUND WAS HEARD AND NO INDICATION OF GEAR DOWN. CONTROL TOWER REPORTED NOSE GEAR AT 45 DEGREES. NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED ON LANDING. ACTUATOR ARM BROKEN AT MID-LENGTH.
