(CAN) PROPELLER RECEIVED FOR CORROSION INSPECTION. INSPECTION FOUND THE DE-ICE SLIP RING SHORTED OUT AT THE TRACKS. THIS WAS CAUSING INTERMITTENT DE-ICE OPERATION.
