(CAN) AFTER TAKEOFF, THE LANDING GEAR MOTOR FAILED TO RETRACT WHEN SELECTED. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO AIRPORT WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE LANDING GEAR MOTOR WAS FOUND AT FAULT AND WAS REPLACED.
