(CAN) ENGINE PERFORMANCE ON TAKEOFF WAS ERRATIC. SUBSEQUENT INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT GOVERNOR LEVER SPRINGS P/N 105-60583-12 WERE BROKEN OFF ON BOTH ENGINES.
