INSPECTION FOUND A 1.3 INCH CRACK IN LT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER REAR SPAR CAP AFT BARREL NUT BORE. THE LT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER UPPER AFT SPAR CAP SECTION WAS REPLACED IAW ECRA 5511-01015.
