THE R-1 DOOR COULD BE CLOSED WITHOUT RELEASING THE HOLD OPEN CAM PLATE PIN. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE PIN WORN. THE DOOR RELEASE LEVER WAS REPLACED IAW MM 52-41-00. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
