OVEN 407 SMOKE WHEN DOOR OPEN. DPWRED. SMOKE DISIPATED. OVEN WAS PREVIOUSLY CLEANED AT LAST STATION L/P 9574711. AFTER SMOKE OR FUMES IN CABIN INSPECTION AMM 05-51-99, IF OVEN IS CONFIRMED SOURCE OF SMOKE, REMOVED AND REPLACED OVEN AT 407 IAW AMM 25-32-00. FOUND SMOKE WAS RELATED TO BURNING FOOD THAT SPILLED. OPS CHECK NEW OVEN; OPS CHECK NORMAL NO SMOKE.
