SMOKE OBSERVED COMING FROM OVEN 106. SMOKE ODOR WAS NOTICEABLE TEMPORARILY. DISCONTINUED USE AND THE SMOKE AND ODOR DISSIPATED. 106 OVEN INOPERATIVE, CB SAFETY COLLARED & PLACARDED. CLEANED OVER IAW DMC-B787-A-25-32-00-12A. NO NOTABLE SMOKE ODOR AT THIS TIME.
