OVEN 711 STARTED TO SMOKE WHILE IN USE, CLEANED OVEN 711 BUT STILL SMELLING WHEN RUNNING. OVEN 711 HAD BURNED FOOD ODOR (NOT ELECTRICALLY ODOR). REMOVED AND REPLACED GALLEY OVEN 711 IAW AMM 25-32-00. PERFORMED AN OVEN OPS CHECK IAW AMM 25-32-00. OPS CHKD GOOD AND NO SMOKE ODOR.
