ON TRAINING FLIGHT CREW REPORTED ACCOMPLISHED V1 CUT AND AT ADDITION OF TORQUE TO RT ENGINE FLAMED OUT IN FLIGHT. CLEANED CANNON PLUGS, GROUND RAN, TEST FLEW AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM.
