FLIGHT 8663, ENROUTE ANC - FAI AIR TURNBACK/DISCREPANCY: AIR TURNBACK PERFORMED DUE TO SOUNDS OF RATTLING AND SQUEALING FROM FLOOR AREA FORWARD OF CENTER CONSOLE. NO EMERGENCY DECLARED. MAINTENANCE FOUND AVIONICS ACCESS DOOR SEAL ROLLED OVER ON ITSELF. OPENED, CLEANED AND RESECURED DOOR. OPS CHECK GOOD.
