MECHANIC REMOVED WHEEL ASSEMBLY FROM A/C DUE TO TIRE WORN TO LIMITS. DURING INSPECTION, FOUND INNER RACE HAD SPUN. SUBASSEMBLY HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM SERVICE AND SENT TO ABS FOR BUSHING REPAIR.
