RT ENGINE WILL NOT ACHIEVE CHARTED TAKEOFF TORQUE. REPLACED THE ENGINE FUEL NOZZLES. POWER ASSURANCE RUNS NORMAL AND ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
