DURING MX CHECKS IN COCKPIT, NR 2 NAV CONTROL PANEL FOUND BLINKING. "FAILED" SHOWED IN THE WINDOWS WHEN FREQUENCIES WERE TRANSFERRED. THE NAV CONTROL PANEL WAS REPLACED AND OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
