THE CREW PERFORMED AN AIR TURN BACK DUE TO THE RT ENGINE FAILING ON TAKEOFF. TURBINE DAMAGE WAS FOUND. THE ENGINE WAS REPLACED AND THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
