RED STREAMER AND TAG # 14361 ATTACHED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED NEW FABRICATED UPPER CHORD FLOOR BEAM REPAIR AT STA 1640 BETWEEN RBL 45.50.
