SHIP 3713 -DIV/GEAR- DIVERTED TO JFK DUE TO LOUD NOISE FROM NOSE WHEEL AFTER TAKEOFF. CORRECTIVE ACTION: MAINTENANCE REPLACED BOTH NOSE WHEELS AND THE NOSE STEERING METERING VALVE. ALL RTS TEST NORMAL.
