DECLARED EMERGENCY DUE TO THE SLATS BEING LOCKED AT POSITION 1 WITH A SLATS FAULT MESSAGE. FOUND RT NR 3 SLAT ACTUATOR TORQUE LIMITER TRIPPED. REPLACED (6083CM) ROTARY ACTUATOR AND LUBRICATED THE SLAT SYSTEM.
