(LOG 6871726) AT CRUISE WE NOTICED TH FO'S WINDOW HEAT START TO GLOW AND ARC SEVERAL TIMES. THE R1WINDOW THEN STARTED TO CRACK ON THE OUTSIDE. WE TURNED OFF THE WINDOW HEAT AND FOLLOWED QRH. REPLACED F/O WINDSHIELD PER B737AMMO ALSO REPLACED FO/RT FRONT WINDSHIELD HEAT CONTROLL PER B737AMM 30-4. ALL OPS CHECKS NML.
