FWD CARGO DOOR CUT OUT, AFT FRAME, INTERNAL SKIN DOUBLER HAS DEEP GOUGE AT CENTER DOORSTOP. CUT OUT AND REMOVED DAMAGE AND BEAR STRAP, FABRICATED LOCATED AND DRILLED REPAIR DOUBLER, TREATED AND PRIMED DOUBLER AND FILLER THEN INSTALLED. APPLIED EDGE SEAL AND TOP COAT IAW B737-900 SRM 53-00-01-2R, 53-00-01-1A-1, 51-20-01-0G AND AMM 51-21-99-801. (LOG 0542434 - AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED).
