DURING A SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE VISIT A CRACK WAS DISCOVERED IN THE PILOTS OB SEAT TRACK AFTER THE SEAT WAS REMOVED FOR CLEANING. THE SEAT TRACK WAS REPLACED IAW MM. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
