DURING CLIMB OUT CREW REPORTED BAGGAGE FIRE LIGHT ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO FIELD WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF THE SYSTEM AND WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY.
