DURING TAXI, CREW REPORTED LT BRAKE PEDAL ON BOTH SIDES TO BE INEFFECTIVE WITH ANTI-SKID ON AND OFF. MX FOUND THE LT MASTER CYLINDER FAILED. BOTH MAIN WHEEL BRAKES AND THE LT BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER WERE REPLACED.
