AT MID-VISIT, THE R2 DOOR FRAME WAS FOUND CRACKED JUST BELOW UPPER HINGE CUTOUT. THE DAMAGE WAS ROUTED OUT AND DOUBLER PREPARED AND INSTALLED PER SRM 52-40-2.
