FOUND RUDDER RATIO CHANGER ACTUATOR LEAKING. REPLACED RUDDER RATIO ACTUATOR PER M/M. LEAK CHECK OKAY. INSPECTION COMPLETED. RCCA INSTALLATION GOOD AND M/M REQUIRED TEST GOOD.
