What was found
AFTER TAKEOFF, FLAP/SLAT LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON S/O PANEL. FLAPS CAME UP RETRACTED BUT SLATS LOCKED IN EXTENDED POSITION. FOUND BOTH ASYMMETRY BRAKES TRIPPED. RESET LT AND RT BRAKES. REPLACED L/E ASYMMETRY COMPARATOR. FLAP/SLAT OPN NORMAL.
