UPON DUMPING OF FUEL NR 1 TANK DUMP VALVE WOULD NOT OPEN. FOUND TERMINALS SHORTED AGAINST EACH OTHER AT NR 13 FUEL PROBE THERMISTER. REPOSITIONED TERMINALS SYSTEM CHECKS NORMAL.
