SPECIAL BOLTS BETWEEN STRIKER AND PISTON HOUSING WERE LOOSE AND WERE BACKED OFF APPROX 114 INCH. BRAKE TORQUE BUTTON HAS WORN A GROOVE AROUND THE INNER CIRCUMFERENCE AT THE WHEEL.
