ON TAKEOFF KTEB GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT, USED OVER RIDE. GEAR RETRACTED NORMAL. JACKED A/C, RETRACTED GEAR SEVERAL TIMES, NO DEFECTS NOTED. CHECKED LT LANDING GEAR SAFETY SWITCH. SWITCH AT LIMIT. ADJUSTED SWITCH, OPS CHECK GOOD IAW HAWKER 400XP MM.
