FLAP FAILED TO RETRACT ON CLIMBOUT. COMPLETED CKLIST-FLAP WOULD NOT "RESET" AFTER LANDING, PER ACP, FOUND "FAULT CODE 2 - MOTOR FAULT CODE FAULT". RESET FAULT CODE, TESTED FLAPS; FLAPS STILL WOULD NOT RETRACT; FAULT CODE 2 DISPLAYED AGAIN. (A)
