NOSE WHEEL STEERING INOPERATIVE. TOOK SEVERAL TRIES TO ENGAGE. ONCE ENGAGED IT WAS PULLING RIGHT. IN THE RIGHT TURN TO RETURN TO THE FBO, IT FAILED COMPLETELY, FULL RIGHT.
