ON LT BASE TO FINAL WITH GEAR AND FLAPS 35 AND 145KTS WITH AUTOPILOT OFF. ELEVATOR PRESSURE STUCK WHEN APPLYING DOWNWARD PRESSURE. IT TOOK EXCESSIVE FORCE TO PULL YOKE FWD AND AFT AND LANDING WAS MADE MOSTLY WITH TRIM.
