AT CRUISE THE CREW ENCOUNTERED ENG CTRL FAULT R GEA FAIL 3 PRESSURIZATION FAULT CAS MESSAGES IN THAT ORDER CREW RAN APPLICABLE QRH PROCEDURES AND DIVERTED. UTILIZATION OF GEAR BLOWDOWN PROCEDURE WAS EXECUTED. REMOVED GEA3 AND INSTALLED REPAIRED GEA3 . WORK PERFOMED IN REF TO AMM 31-40-00. FOLLOW ON MAINTENANCE COMPLETED, OPERATIONAL CHECKS ARE GOOD, NO FAULT REMAINS
