SELECTING FLAPS 45. FLAP FAIL CAS MESSAGE. FLAPS STUCK AT 30. FLAPS WILL NOT EXTEND OR RETRACT. REMOVED FAULTY FCU . INSTALLED REPAIRED UNIT P/N 8-341-06, S/N D860. PERFORMED ALL OPERATIONAL CHECKS WITH NO DISCREPANCIES. ALL WORK DONE WITH REFERENCE C650-AMM-27-51-04. RETURNED AIRCRAFT BACK TO ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION.
