AILERON JAMMED IN CRUISE FLIGHT. BOTH SIDES AFFECTED. WAS ABLE TO SLOWLY TURN THE AIRCRAFT. POURING RAIN FOR HOURS BEFORE OUR DEPARTURE. PICTURES ARE OF WATER DRAINING FROM AILERON AT DESTINATION.
