PILOT REPORTS THAT THE AIRSPEED INDICATOR ON CAPTAIN SIDE FROZE AFTER ROTATION, THEN JUMPED UP 20 KIAS. ERRATIC INDICATIONS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED CAPTAIN AIRSPEED INDICATOR, OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT GOOD.
