DURING CLIMB AT 15,000 - 21,000 FT, DETECTED FUMES IN COCKPIT. HAD ANTI ICE SWITCHES ON. REMOVED RECIRCULATION AIR FILTER. FOUND FILTER TO BE DIRTY, AND CONTAMINATED. INSTALLED A NEW RECIRCULATION AIR FILTER .
