DURING PREFLIGHT, WHEN SELECTING EMERGENCY PWR SWITCH TO ARM, THE ON LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. RESET FUEL LEVERS. ACFT HAD POWER DROP OFF DURING PREFLIGHT. COMPLIED WITH AN OPS TEST IAW AMM 24-00-00-5. OK FOR SERVICE.
