UPON INSPECTION THE THROTTLE LEVER ON THE CARBURATOR WAS FOUND TO STICK INTERMITTENTLY. NO EXTERNAL DAMAGE OR CONDITION WAS FOUND TO BE CAUSE OF THIS FAILURE.
